The O&M contracts normally comes with a guaranteed minimum equipment availability of 95%. In addition, we also plan, purchase and manage an inventory of spares and consumables required for reliable operation of the equipment or plant.

    Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). In business since 1997 and staffed by over 120 people. VAM JSC Ltd. supports the Oil & Gas and shipbuilding industries in Vietnam and also serves as the fabrication and engineering arm for Valient Services. Principle activities include design & fabrication of process skids, offshore maintenance services and engineering & design services.

    Based in Jakarta and functioning as the core service and project management arm of Valient Services. PT VESINDO maintains a profession team of service technicians and engineers supporting the industry in Indonesia as well as our service activities in the region. With support from VAM, PT VESINDO also provides design, engineering and fabrication services within Indonesia and have been involved in various smaller scale EPC projects.
